But the average person is meant to consume calories and macronutrients in the correct amounts that allows them to either maintain a weight, gain weight, or lose weight depending on their goals and stats. So you choose the foods you want to eat just making sure to track and hit your given daily totals. I have the perfect formula for calculating your daily calories and macronutrients given your stats I will request and I will teach you how to track them with an app with ease. I also describe how to implement cheat meals, suggested foods and foods to limit/avoid, and how often to eat. Also includes a supplement guide to help you feel energized and recover faster.

This is all included in a very easy to understand 30+ page guide, a 150+ video library of all exercises performed and sorted by body part and labeled. I use this exact guide every 12 weeks.
The Ongoing Support
This is what most online coaching lacks. The coach you hired never says a word to you unless you comment on his or her latest Instagram photo mentioning them while they ignore you on their vacation in Dubai. They hire others to answer all of your questions and outsource their support. I don't do that, this is me and I'm here for you. You get my Whatsapp for ongoing support for as long as you stay active on your monthly plan. Note although I am here for support, I am still extremely busy on a daily basis and will not chat about other topics or video chat. All questions and concerns need to be related to your coaching.
What Results Can I Expect?
If you follow the protocols I provide you to the best of your ability... the faster you will see results in strength, definition, fat loss, and muscularity. Though, correct bodybuilding training and correct dieting doesn't yield exact standards for results. Fat loss and muscle gains will happen when you follow my guidelines! It's absolutely inevitable, but the speed of progress also depends on your genetics, your metabolism, your health, your water intake, your food choices for your calories/macro plan, your hormone levels, your intensity of your workouts, and your lifestyle.
Get your hormones checked and make sure your thyroid and teststerone levels are in check first. Exercising and eating right will support healthy hormone levels but some may have a genetic predeposition to having lesser hormones than others and may need a prescription.
