  • Once a Month Updated Calorie/Macronutrient Guide Based on Your Height, Weight, Body Fat Percentage, and Realistic Goals. NO meal plans, you pick the foods YOU want to eat (suggestions included) but you will track your daily calories and macros with an app! Guide Included. (MOST ESSENTIAL ASPECT OF GETTING IN SHAPE IS TRACKING PERFECTLY CALCULATED MACROS/CALORIES NOT JUST EXERCISING! Macros are set for high protein but not overboard amounts as too much protein is not good for your kidneys.)
